I had been thinking about solar as I knew electricity would only go up. I contacted several local companies, but only Top Hat Energy gave me the confidence in themselves and what I could achieve to go through with it. Jeremy and Terry were prompt and patient in answering all of my questions throughout the process. I did not have to deal with any paperwork, they handled it all. On a cloudy, blustery day, their crew show up at 8AM and by 2PM, PG&E was paying me. Five months (to the day) after installation, the system had produced 5 megawatts of power and we had built a credit with PG&E of nearly $200. On top of that, we have saved nearly $1500 over what we paid for electricity the previous year in the same timeframe. The results have far exceeded my hopes and expectations. I would recommend this to anyone considering solar and would (and have) wholeheartedly recommend contacting Top Hat Energy to be your contractor.
