Top Hat Solar installed a ground mounted system at my home in the middle of a heavy rain storm. The installation was completed on time and it was a pleasure to interact with the installation crew who seemed to have a crazy fun time while very efficiently accomplishing the installation. The sales and support people at Top Hat were excellent to work with and accomplished the interface with Shasta County without a hitch.
