I decided to get another bid from a locally owned and operated company. I felt very comfortable with Top Hat because you have been in business for so many years in Shasta County. You answered all of my questions by phone and email promptly even on the weekend, holiday and at 10 o’clock at night. I can’t imagine anyone else being as dedicated to customer service as you are. I felt like you educated me and helped me understand what solar could do for me without trying to sell me anything. Your bid also ended up being substantially less than the competitor so we were able to get a bigger system than we thought we could afford. After the contract was signed you handled the installation perfectly and your crew even left the job site clean!!
