We purchased a home that Top Hat Energy had installed a solar system and whole house generator in approximately 1 year prior. All the staff we spoke with at Top Hat were so helpful in explaining the systems, providing additional information, and making us feel those system would be supported by them with the change of ownership.
It was shortly after moving into the home a tree limb damaged several panels and they needed to be replaced. Again, Top Hat staff were so very kind, explained the process, and once materials were available scheduled and replaced the panels quickly for a very fair price. I can’t recommend them enough. Very professional, reasonably priced, quality work, and excellent customer service. We could not be happier with the generator and solar system and support from Top Hat; I highly recommend!
